Jormungandr - The Midgard Serpentby *LJ-Todd

Art of Jormungandr, aka the Midgard Serpent for an Avengers fanfic that's been floating around in my head for a while now.

The backstory for my more modern appearing Jormungandr:
Banished from Asgard for the same reason as his brother, Fenris, before him, Jormungandr was cast down to Midgard and, as he did not age nor did he die, he was forced to wander.

But now, with he goes unnoticed. He appears as just another man. Finally he can settle in one place. He can have some sort of a life. Though had he known New York City was now a parttime home to one of the very Asgardians who had cast him down, he would have chosen a different city.

(I selected Tom Hardy as Jormungandr solely based on the fact that I am a major Tom Hardy fan :3)

This one is my absolute favorite of the two you've made of Loki's sons.

Cannot tell you how much I love this one. And besides have Tom Hardy as Jormungandr, but the waves and the serpent go perfectly. Awesome job!

Have you thought about doing one of Hel/Hela?

Thanks, this one took forever because I couldn't find the right image for the serpent but once I found it everything just came together like it was meant to be.
